UDC has always paid close attention to how clothing and functionality go together.

 This ranges from endless observation of and interviews with train drivers and security guards to provide extra pockets for tools and materials to special crease-resistant pleats in trousers and jackets.

Given the increasing importance of electronics and the rapid evolution van nano-technology, each suit and anorak can be developed in such a way as to be not so much an item of clothing, but more a functional tool.
