A new outfit for more than one thousand security agents: for a security company from the top three in Belgium recognizability is very important. For UDC, however, it was a logistical tour de force. UDC Corporate Fashion passed the test with flying colours.

UDC had to clothe some twelve hundred personnel in a new uniform.

In one month UDC took the measurements of all the staff in its regional stores: that was not only useful for us, but also a fine example of accurate, professional, flexible anticipation of our requirements.

UDC then set the logistics process in train to deliver the packages of new work clothing to the homes of all 1 200 personnel. At the home address, personalized in an attractive box, with the necessary washing and wearing instructions. A difficult process in which we were able to appreciate the know-how and application of UDC.

But we were actually quite at ease by now: right from the taking of measurements, UDC had convinced us of its reliable quality and service. The suggestions that they made, for example, for even better quality of our corporate fashion. The punctuality that they displayed in all arrangements and delivery dates. The rapid action, professional feedback and flexibility: for me this was a textbook example of positive cooperation.
